Admon of Robert Kingsman 1669

The first paragraph is in Latin: ????. Elizabeth Kingsman, widow of Overton in the county of Wiltshire and Johannem Smith of the same place, yeoman??. [sworn before] Thoma Henchman?..18th October 1669.

The condition is that the above bounden Elizabeth Kingsman do well and truly administer all and singular the goods, chattels and credits of Robert Kingsman her husband late of Overton above said intestate deceased, that is to say do pay all the debts which the said deceased did owe at the time of his life and death so far forth as his goods chattels and credits will thereunto extend the law shall charge her in that behalf and also do testify the inventory now by her exhibited to be true.

And further do pass a true and honest account of an upon the said admon when she shall be thereunto lawfully called and such goods chattels and credits as shall remain unadministered upon the foot of her said account do dispose in such manner as by the above named master Archdeacon his surrogate or any other competent judge in that behalf shall allot and put down then.
