There is a Faculty Office  marriage licence (found by Sue Valliant at the Society of Genealogists) dated 7 Sep 1773 which explains that William Long Kingsman and Dorothea Maunsell were already married in Rome on 22 April 1773 but they wanted to marry again at St George?s Hanover Square so that there was no doubt about the legality of the marriage.  William was a batchelor over 25 of St George Hanover Square and Dorothea was a minor of 20 years old.  Her father Thomas Maunsell Esquire gave his consent.
