  • William's wife is not mentioned in his will, so had presumably predeceased him.

He names two sons in his will, Henry and William.  Both are established adults and William is named executor and residual inheritor.  At the time of William senior's death, his son William is unmarried and he is encouraged in the will to follow the advice of the local parson and some others (including Nicholas Kingman, a neighbour) in choosing a wife.

Henry has two children, Edmund and Margery, who each receive bequests in the will.  Edmund is stated not to be yet 21, but is left named livestock so is likely not far off from that age.

Henry does not name his two daughters, but bequests are left to each of Thomas Pyne and Thomas Overton, and their children.  The bequests are near identical and sizable enough to make the marriages of Thomas Pyne to Elizabeth Kingman and Thomas Everton to Margaret Kingman, both in Wishord in 1570, to be logical connections.
