Will of Sarah Kingman of St Pancras. 1838


I Sarah Kingman, servant to Mr Alexander Elliott of number 14 Conaburgh Street in the parish of St Pancras and County of Middlesex do this sixth day of April 1838 make and publish this my last will and Testament in manner following 


I desire that the expenses of my illness and funeral be paid out of my property 


I give and bequeath to my sister Anne Hurst wife of William Hurst of Newport Pagnell in the County of Buckingham, Shoemaker, all my property of every description whether coming to me in my right or otherwise howsoever for her sole use and benefit and for her disposal in any way she may think fit 


And I hereby make and appoint my said sister sole executrix to this my will 


I hereby revoke any other will 


In witness whereof I the said Sarah Kingman have to this my last will and Testament set my hand and seal the day and year above written

Signed sealed published and declared by the said Sarah Kingman the testatrix as and for her last Will and Testament in the presence of us who were present at the signing and sealing thereof

Proved at London the 18 April 1838 by Anne Hurst wife of William Hurst sister and sole executrix
