This is the last Will and Testament of me, Sarah Kingman, of the parish of St Bartholomew Throgmorton Street London, widow (that is to say)
I give and bequeath to my brother Joseph Russell of Newcastle under Lyme in the County of Stafford the sum of £20
I give and bequeath to William Cook of the parish of Saint Michael Cornhill the sum of five pounds
I give and bequeath to Elizabeth Cook of Princes Street Lothbury, spinster, the sum of five pounds
I give and bequeath to Judith **** of Brown Shire Lane, widow, the sum of five pounds
I give and bequeath to Richard Troughton of Green Lettuce Lane the sum of five pounds
I give and bequeath to Elizabeth *** of Hitchen in Hertfordshire, spinster, one Guinea for a mourning ring
I give and bequeath to Jane Troughton, the mother of the said Richard Troughton, the sum of five pounds
I give and bequeath to John Taylor of Stoke Newington, gentleman, his executors and administrators upon trust and for the uses and purposes hereinafter mentioned and my Will further is that my executors hereafter named do and shall sell and dispose of the lease of my pamphlet shop in Sweeting Alley Cornhill and *** all my stock in the said business and the moneys arising from such sale I give and bequeath unto the said John Taylor his executors and administrators in trust nevertheless to return out the same together with the £50 bequeathed to him as above mentioned in some or one of the government funds and pay or transfer such stock unto Martha Mary Frift daughter of John and Anna Frift of the aforesaid parish of St Stephen Coleman Street on her attaining the age of 21 years or day of marriage which shall first happen and in the meantime to pay and apply the interest or dividends thereof towards her maintenance and education and in case of her decease before the said moneys shall become payable *** in trust to pay the same to Joseph Frift and Sarah Frift the son and daughter of the said John and Anne Frift *** share and share alike, the share of the said Joseph to be paid him at the age of 21 years and the share of the said Sarah to be paid her at the like age of 21 or day of marriage which shall first happen and in the meantime the interest thereof to be applied towards their respective maintenances and education and in case of the death of either of them before the said moneys or legacy shall become *** the part and share of the deceased to go to the survivor at the time aforesaid.
Also I give and bequeath to my executors hereafter named all my wearing apparel in trust to apply the same to the use of the said Martha Mary Frift during her minority and in case of the death before her age of majority or day of marriage thereto apply all my unexpended apparel to the use of the said Sarah Frift.
Also I give and bequeath to my niece Mary Moffat of Coleman Street the sum of five pounds.
Also I give and bequeath to Ann Russell, widow, the sum of five pounds
And all the rest and residue of my estate and effects not herein before bequeathed, I give and bequeath unto my two sisters Mary Jones and Susanna Matthews to be equally divided between them share and share alike
And I do hereby nominate and appoint my said two sisters Mary Jones and Susanna Matthews executors of this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking all former and other Wills and Wills at any time heretofore by me made
In witness whereof I the said Sarah Kingman have hereunto set my hand and seal the 18th day of April 1780
Signed sealed published and declared by the said Sarah Kingman the testatrix as and for her last Will and Testament in the presence of us

This will was proved at London the 17th day of May in the year of our Lord 1780, by the oaths of Mary Jones, widow, and Susanna Matthews, widow, the sisters of the deceased and the executrixes named in the said will
