Will of John Albert Kingsman of Angmering, Sussex. 1993


I JOHN ALBERT KINGSMAN of Corner Cottage 47 Willowhayne Avenue Angmering-on-Sea in the County of West Sussex HEREBY REVOKE all Wills and testamentary dispositions heretofore made by me AND DECLARE this to be my last Will 


1. I DESIRE that my body be buried 


2. IF my wife ROSA GRACE KINGSMAN shall survive me for the period of twenty eight days THEN I DEVISE AND BEQUEATH all the real and personal property whatsoever and wheresoever of or to which I shall be possessed or entitled at my death or over which I shall then have a general Power of Appointment or disposition by Will (except legacies left by any Codicil hereto) unto my said wife absolutely AND I APPOINT her sole Executrix of this my Will 


3. IF my said wife shall predecease me or shall not survive me for the period aforesaid THEN I DIRECT that Clause 2 hereof shall not take effect and that this my Will shall be construed and take effect as if the said Clause had been wholly omitted herefrom and that the following clauses of this my Will shall have effect 


4. I APPOINT my sons DAVID JOHN KINGSMAN of Goethestrasse 4 6232 Bad Soden in Germany AND ALAN PHILIP KINGSMAN of 44 Danywern Drive Winnersh in the County of Berkhampton (hereinafter called "my Trustees" which expression hereinafter used is intended to denote where the context so admits the said David John Kingsman and Alan Philip Kingsman or the survivor of them or other the Trustees or Trustee for the time being of this my Will to be the Executors and Trustees of this my Will 


5. I DIRECT that my Trustees repay the loan of TWENTY THOUSAND POUNDS which is owing to my said son DAVID JOHN KINGSMAN


6. I GIVE the sum of ONE THOUSAND POUNDS to each of the following:- 


(a) the Dean and Chapter of the DIOCESE of CHICHESTER in the County of West Sussex to be used towards the upkeep of the Parish Churches in the said Diocese 


(b) THE GREATER LONDON FUND FOR THE BLIND of Ref.A13 2 Wyndham Place London W1H 2AQ 


(c) INTERMEDIATE TECHNOLOGY DEVELOPMENT GROUP LTD of Myson House Railway Terrace Rugby in the County of Warwick 


(d) The BISHOP of FULHAM and GIBRALTAR to be used in connection with his work with the Continental Churches 


AND I DIRECT that the receipt of the Treasurer or other proper officer of the aforementioned charities shall be a full and sufficient discharge to my Trustees for such legacies 


7. I GIVE all my personal chattels free of all duty to my said son DAVID JOHN KINGSMAN absolutely 


8. SUBJECT to the payment of my funeral and testamentary expenses and debts the aforesaid legacies and the duty thereon I GIVE all my property and assets of every kind whatsoever and wheresoever situate (except legacies left by any Codicil hereto) (hereinafter called "my residuary estate") unto my Trustees to hold the same UPON TRUST for such of them my said son ALAN PHILIP KINGSMAN and my grandson CHRISTOPHER DAVID KINGSMAN as shall survive me for the period of twenty eight days and if more than one in equal shares PROVIDED THAT if any of the residuary beneficiaries shall have predeceased me or shall not survive me for the period aforesaid leaving a child or children including an adopted child or children surviving me for the period aforesaid and who shall attain the age of eighteen years then such child or children shall take the share of my residuary estate which his her or their parent would have done had he or she survived me and if more than one in equal shares 


9 . MY Trustees in addition to all other powers conferred on them by law or as a result of the terms of this my Will shall have power for the purpose of Clause 8 to sell all or any part of my property and assets as they shall in their absolute discretion decide
