I Herbert John Kinsman of Elderslie near Camden in the State of New South Wales, retired Orchardist, hereby revoke all prior testamentary dispositions and declare the to be my last will.
1. I appoint Anton Thurn of Elderslie aforesaid to be the sole executor and trustee of this my will.
2. After payment of all my debts funeral and testamentary expense I give and bequeath to Maitland Milner the sum of fifty pounds (£50.0.0)
and after payment in full of such legacy of fifty pounds I give and bequeath out of the residue of my estate (if any) the sum of twenty five pounds (£25.0.0) to each of the following persons namely Thomas Albury and Charlotte Scott, the widow of the late Charles Scott.
And as to the residue of my estate (if any) after providing for the aforesaid legacies I give and bequeath the same to my sister Mary Ann Post of East Henty, the said Maitland Milner and the wife of the said Maitland Milner in equal shares between them or between such of them as shall be living at the time of my death.
3. I direct that I shall be buried alongside my late brother in the same kind of coffin and that my name shall be engraved in gold letters on the headstone now erected on my brother's grave
