Will of Catherine Kinsman, widow of Mittagong, NSW. 1894


This is the last Will and Testament of me Catherine Kinsman of Little Forest on the Southern Road near Mittagong in the County of Camden, Colony of New South Wales, wife of James Kinsman, Farmer. 


I appoint Mr Samuel Cains, Farmer, of Lower Mittagong aforesaid Colony of New South Wales my executor of this my Will. 


I give devise and bequeath and appoint all my estate property and effects real and personal whatsoever and wheresoever and of what nature and kind soever in possession reversion remainder or expectancy of on to or in which I shall or may at any time of my decease be seized possessed or entitled or interested in any manner howsoever equally unto my two sons James and Herbert John their heirs executors administrators and assigns according to the nature and quality of same respectively for them and their own absolute use and benefit. 


And I hereby revoke all other Wills and Codicils at any time heretofore made by me and declare this to be my last Will and Testament. 


In witness whereof I the said Catherine Kinsman have hereunto set my hand this twenty eight day of November in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and ninety

Signed by the said Catherine Kinsman the testator as and for her last Will and Testament in the presence of us present at the same time and we in her presence at her request and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses

23rd August 1894 - By Act of Court, Probate of the last Will and Testament of the abovenamed deceased granted to Samuel Cains of Lower Mittagong, Farmer, the sole executor in the said Will named. Testatrix died 21st June 1894.
