I D F Kingsman do hereby give and bequeath to my father W L Kingsman the whole of my property for his natural life and after his death 500 of my £1600 at 5% to my brother H Kingsman and the remainder of my whole property to my sister Emily Kingsman

On the fourth day of October in the year of our Lord 1800 Admon with the will annexed of the goods chattels and credits of Dorothea Frances Kingsman formerly of Upper Seymour Street in the parish of St Mary le Bone in the County of Middlesex but now of Langleybury in the County of Hertford, spinster, deceased was granted to Richard (sic) Long Kingsman Esq the father of the said deceased and universal legatee for life named in the said will having been sworn first sworn duly to administer no executor being named therein
