Will of Sarah Kingman of Buckland Newton. 1853


This is the last Will and Testament of me Sarah Kingman of Buckland Newton in the County of Dorset, widow In the name of God Amen I give to each of the three children of my niece Eliza Durrant of Buckland Newton aforesaid (my sole executrix) the sum of £20 apiece and I direct my executrix (Eliza Durrant) to place the same sums in the savings bank and to pay the same said three children when and as they shall severally attain the age of 21 years, and if one or more of the said three children should die under 21 years and in case of the girls without their being married then I give the share of each one or more of those dying unto the survivors of them 


I give to Thomas Mullet Buck*** five pounds 


I give to Thomas Kingman of Monkwood Mill five pounds 


I give to my two nieces in Henbury Sarah S*** and Martha Rivers five pounds each


I give to my niece Martha Humphries five pounds


I give to my nephew George Pople five pounds


I give my household goods *** linen *** to my said niece Eliza Durrant whom I have appointed my sole executrix for her life and after her death to her said children equally 


I appoint my niece Eliza Durrant my sole executrix of this my last Will Dated February 22nd 1853
