This is the last Will and Testament of me Henry Michell Kinsman of Vogue in the parish of Gwennap in the County of Cornwall, miner.
First I will that all my just debts funeral and testamentary expenses be paid as soon as conveniently may be after my decease.
I give and bequeath unto my two children Richard Henry Kinsman and Mary Kinsman all my household furniture goods chattels and effects and all moneys in Banks or about my person or due to me at the time of my decease and also all moneys that may become due and payable at my decease from the Imperial Life Assurance Company in whose office I have insured my life in the sum of one hundred pounds together with all the residue share and share alike.
I hereby appoint my father John Kinsman sole executor in Trust of this my last Will and Testament until my youngest child attains the age of twenty and one years and if either should die before attaining that age then the whole of my estate I give to the survivor for his or her sole use and benefit and what I have herein given to my daughter Mary Kinsman is to be for her sole use and benefit free from the debts or control of any husband with whom she may hereafter marry.
I likewise appoint my father guardian over my said Children until the youngest attain the age of twenty one years.
In witness whereof I the said Henry Michell Kinsman have to this my last Will and Testament set my hand this twenty seventh day of September one thousand eight hundred and sixty four.

Signed by the said Testator and declared by him to be his last Will and Testament in our presence who at his request and in his presence and in the presence of each other have subscribed our names as witnesses
Proved at Bodmin on the 24th day of December 1866 by the Oath of John Kinsman the Father the sole executor until the youngest child of the deceased attains the age of twenty one years.
The Testator Henry Michell Kinsman was late of the parish of Gwennap in the County of Cornwall, miner, and died on the 10th June 1866 at Rel del Monte in the Republic of Mexico
