I James Kinsman Mason and Innkeeper of Redruth Cornwall do make my will as follows that is to say I give devise and bequeath to my wife Elizabeth all my right title and interest to and in my Freehold dwelling houses situate in the town of Redruth near the fair meadow so called for her sole use and benefit. 

I also give all my other goods tenements chattels and effects of every description to my said wife in trust nevertheless for the following use and purpose that is to say she shall receive all the interest of Money Rents and profits of Tredeger her support and such of her children as she may think deserving while she remains my widow and at her death or second marriage I give all the residue of property to my children then alive share and share alike as tenants in common 

And I do hereby constitute and appoint my wife Elizabeth Kinsman the sole executrix of this my last will in presence of the underwritten witnesses this third day of March 1852.
