And after the youngest child is in age my son Joseph Kinsman is to be equal with the rest of my children.

And if my wife remains single until the youngest child is in age she is to have an equal share of the property I leave when the youngest child is in age.

Joseph Kinsman my son is to have his equal part of the property I leave from the house in Packs ***

my daughter Elizabeth Kinsman is to have her equal part of the property I leave from the house in which I am now living in.

My daughter Mary Jane is to have her equal part of the property I leave from the house in Dops adjoining the one I am now living in.

Nanny Pearce Kinsman my youngest daughter when in age is to have her equal part with my wife and my children

If the youngest child should die before she is in age the property is to be divided between the remaining of the children and my wife and so on in rotation.
