Will of Francis Kinsman, yeoman [Note 1] of Gwennap, 18th March 1824
To his brother Benjamin Kinsman, the house and garden behind the house, the shop with the convenient places for ***** - now occupied, together with his wearing apparel.
Remaining property to his mother Johanna Kinsman as long as she lives. After her death his brother Benjamin to have East House, the Western Lower and Colliery fields, the remainder to go to his sister Johnanna Dinnis.

1. In the will he describes himself as a miner, but in the probate document he is referred to as a yeoman.
