Just debts be paid out of my effects
Remainder to his wife in trust for the maintenance of her and his children until the youngest child is twenty years old, then his wife to enjoy the property for as long as she lives
If his wife marries then property immediately goes to my children, divided share and share alike after the youngest child reaches twenty years of age.
If his wife marries after the youngest child reaches twenty years of age then the property immediately is to go to the children.
If his wife marries before the youngest reaches twenty years old, then his brother, James Kinsman, is appointed guardian of the children and is to manage the property until the youngest child is twenty.
Administration was granted to Mary Kinsman on the 6th November 1821 with a £200 bond certified by Solomon Martin and Richard Bray, yeoman.
